1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website and requesting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. Service Booking & Payments

You may request services online via the Site. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the requested service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may receive a 50% refund, at our discretion.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a service. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions may apply in cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, post illegal or offensive content, attempt to hack, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.

5. Service Provision

Services will be delivered as requested. Scheduling changes must be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services for operational reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned or licensed by Tendersteps. Personal, non-commercial viewing is allowed. Reproduction or distribution requires permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for direct or indirect losses. Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud is not excluded.
